Lifetime Renovations, located in Tallahassee, Florida, provides renovation services throughout the Big Bend and in South Georgia. Lifetime Renovations is a division of Accessibility Solutions created with the goal of reaching individuals who could benefit from the quality,
knowledge and experience Accessibility Solutions provided but were not in need of a renovation to suit any particular conditions or disabilities. As certified aging in place specialists (CAPS) with decades of experience in home renovations and universal design principals Lifetime Renovations is uniquely qualified to tailor the best renovation solutions for any situation. Our focus on quality, professionalism and integrity combined with our unique experience and knowledge allow for personalized solutions with exceptional results.

Our People

John Pettit, Owner

John is a Marine Corps veteran and graduate of Norwich University. He developed the idea for Accessibility Solutions while working for a home medical equipment company in Tallahassee. His years of experience in remodeling allowed him to see solutions for his clients who were struggling to safely enjoy their home as a result of their age, disability or condition. “So I quit my job and started Accessibility Solutions.” Shortly thereafter Lifetime Renovations was added as a division of Accessibility Solutions.
